Enter the 2015 Men 60 and Over National Championships

The following are needed to enter the 2015 Men’s 60 and Over National Championships

1. As soon as you qualify to enter the Men’s 60 and Over National Championships, please e-mail, fax or send the 2015 Men’s 60 and Over entry form to Mike Rabin. The entry fee and entry form are due no later than September 12th.
2. A copy of the ASA championship roster and ASA Entry Form is due no later than September 19th. These must be signed by your commissioner or their designee. The copies can be e-mailed or faxed but are due no later than September 19th. If we receive copies, you must bring the originals to check in.
3. If you pick up any players, please bring the ASA Player Pickup form with you to check-in. The attached form explains the rules for pick up players. If possible, please e-mail us the players before check-in.
